    TO OBTAIN A CLEAR PICTURE The HT-180 is a high technology, precision device. If the optical pick-up lens and disc drive parts are dirty or worn down, the picture quality may become poor. To obtain a clear picture, we recommend regular inspection and maintenance (cleaning or parts replacement) every 1,000 hours of use depending on the operating environ- ment.

    • Turn off the power and unplug both units before setting up any connections. • If your TV only has a cable antenna connection and no video inputs to connect your TV to the HT-180, you will need to purchase an RF adapter from your dealer.

If you do not have either of these connectors, then you will need to purchase an RF Modulator from the store where you purchased your Apex Digital Home Theater System or other home electronics retailers. Older televisions use a coaxial connection, which combines all of the video signal from an exterior source into a single line.
