Symptom
Cannot charge the
battery pack.
When the camera
function is started, no
subject is displayed.

Check
Is the cell phone inserted in the
desktop holder properly?
Are the plug and connector of the
common AC adapter 01 (sold
separately) inserted properly?
Is a finger or other object covering
the camera (lens)?
Measure
Insert the cell phone in the desktop
holder properly.
Check that the AC adapter
connector is properly inserted and
that the adapter is plugged into the
AC outlet securely.
Confirm the position of the camera
(lens).
