4.7 ODD (Tray-load)

Removing the ODD (Tray-load)

Remove the ODD (optical disc drive) according to the following procedures and Figure 4.9.
1. Turn the laptop upside down.
2. Remove one M2x3 screw securing the ODD.
3. Push the ODD outward and then remove the ODD, as indicated in Figure 4.9.
CAUTION: Handle the ODD carefully. It can become hot during operation.
