Pre Operational Checks

A careful check of the following must be carried out
every time before riding and specially after long periods
of storage to determine if any additional maintenance
is necessary.
1. Adequate fuel in the tank.
2. Tyres for correct pressure, abrasions or cuts.
3. Rear chain for proper tension and sufficient
lubrication.
4. B rakes, s teer ing and t hr ot t le f or proper
responsiveness.
5. Cable for fraying or crimping and free operation.
6. Engine oil level.
7. W heel spokes for proper tightness and no
breakage.
8. Headlamp, tail lamp, brake lamp and indicator
lamps for proper functioning.
Warning
For your personal welfare and safety, all the points
mentioned above should be performed periodically.
Failure to do so may affect safe operation, damage
your motorcyc le and could res ult in an ac cident
causing serious injury.
