    Operator’s Manual Viper® 99cc 4-Cycle Engine Turn the On/Off switch to the ON position. SEE FIGURE 6 Grasp starter handle and pull out slowly, until resistance is felt. Without letting it retract, pull rope with a rapid stroke. DO NOT pull out the rope all of the way. Let it return to its original position very slowly.
