Hearing Words

If you have a Digital Book System that can play
audio digital books, you can use the Spanish
Master to hear the pronunciation of both English
and Spanish words.
You can hear pronunciations before entering a
word, after entering it, or by highlighting a word in
a definition. You can also hear words in a User
List, spelling correction lists, and dictionary lists.
1. Type "fish" at "ENTER a word in English."
2. Press
SPEC
You hear the pronunciation of "fish." Turn the
wheel on the side of the Digital Book System to
adjust the volume.
3. Press
ENTER
4. Press
SPEC
You hear "fish" again.
5. Press
ENTER
6. Press the arrow keys to highlight "pescado."
7. Press
SPEC
8. Press
CLEAR
Using the Dictionary

to view its definitions.
