24. The bassinet is suitable only for a child who cannot sit unaided, roll over and cannot
push itself up on its hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9 kg (20 lbs).
25. Do not use a mattress pad other than the one provided by Bugaboo.

using the seat on the chassis
26. Always use the harness.
27. Always use the crotch strap in combination with the waist belt.
28. The seat is not suitable for children under 6 months unless they can sit unaided.
29. Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the harness.

using the bassinet or seat independently of the chassis
30. Never use the bassinet on a stand.
31. Use only on a firm ground which is horizontal, level and dry. Never use on soft
surfaces.
32. Do not let other children play unattended near the bassinet or seat.
33. Do not use the bassinet/carrycot or seat off of the chassis once your child can sit
unaided.
34. Fall Hazard: Child's movement can slide carrier. NEVER place carrier near edges of
counter tops, tables, or other elevated surfaces.
Fall Hazard: To help prevent against falls do not use the bassinet when the
infant begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached manufacturer's
recommended maximum weight, whichever comes first.
Never use the bassinet on an elevated surface: e.g. a table.
35. Never use the bassinet or seat as a means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.
36. SUFFOCATION HAZARD:
Infants can suffocate:
- In gaps between an extra pad and the side of the bassinet.
- On soft bedding. NEVER add a mattress, pillow, comforter, or padding. Use ONLY the
pad provided by manufacturer.
To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their
backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.
Bassinet or seat can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate child. NEVER place carrier
on beds, sofas, or other surfaces.
37. Use the bassinet as provided by Bugaboo. Use only the sheet provided by Bugaboo.
38. The seat is not intended for prolonged periods of sleeping.
39. Always use the harness with the seat.

using the two wheel position
40. Always use the wrist strap when in two wheel position.
41. Do not use the bassinet or car seat in the two wheel position.
