Is any food, etc. stuck on the vacuum packing or inner side of the vacuum compartment case?
Is the front side of the vacuum compartment case released from the catch on the door?
This is the sound of the pump making vacuum, which is not abnormal.
If this sound is unfavorable at night, etc., you can stop the operation of the vacuum pump.
If the sound or vibration is observed frequently, something may be stuck on the door or the
vacuum packing may be dirty.
It is recommended to cover the food having high water content with plastic wrap.
If water drops or dew is deposited, please wipe it off with a dry cloth.
Note
When wiping the compartment, take sufficient care to avoid touching a metal part, etc.
within the compartment with your hand.
The vacuum function may not be functioning normally. Please check the following:
Is the handle completely pressed down and the compartment locked?
Vacuum effect will not be reached if it is not locked.
Is there any food packaging, hair etc. stucked between the vacuum packing and the
vacuum packing receiving portion?
Vacuum effect will not be reached even if a little piece of food debris is stucked.
Is the vacuum packing or the vacuum packing receiving portion dirty?
Please wipe clean if it is dirty.
Has the vacuum releasing valve (blue) came off or is loose?
Be sure to attach it to the handle hole securely.
