Please check
A creaking or squeaking sound
(creaking).
The hissing sound made directly
after the door has been closed.
This sound will stop if ice making
is stopped.
Food smells.
There is plastic-like smell.
Is the floor sturdy?
Is the installation good? Is there some
unsteadiness, or something not fitted
properly?
Has anything fallen around the refrigerator?
Is the fridge in contact with the rear
wall?
Has the mount cover come out of
place?
Cause
This is the sound of plastic component creaking
when there are changes in temperature. The sound
may be heard even the door is closed.
The air inside the refrigerator is cooled down suddenly
causing a temporary drop in pressure.
This is the sound of the "auto cool" function
operating immediately after the door is closed, to
recover from the rise in temperature inside when the
door was opened.
The deodorizing function can not get rid of all the
smells.
Wrap and seal the food with strong smell with plastic
wrap, etc.
Many plastic parts are used for the interior of the
refrigerator. The smell gradually becomes less
noticeable as the interior of the refrigerator is cooled.
Install the refrigerator on a hard and level floor or place
a hard board under the refrigerator.
If the noise is generated because the refrigerator
comes into contact with something, remove the thing
in contact with the refrigerator to stop the noise.
Allow clearance around the refrigerator.
Make sure to put the mount cover properly.
