The COM3 and COM4 signal I/O of the PC16552D is processed at the TTL level. Therefore, the ADM211 is externally used for
the driver and the receiver of the RS-2332-C interface.
The ADM211 is an IC of 4 outputs and 5 inputs, and works only with a single power supply of +5V.
