I can't turn on or my
MID-741KID has "frozen"?
After the startup screen, the
device just shuts off.
I can't hear anything through

1. Ensure your MID-741KID is charged
2. Connect to the power adaptor and then check again in 10 minutes

2. Check the music file on another device to make sure it is not damaged
3. Try using another pair of headphones
