* There is a tactile dot beside VOL to show the direction
to turn up the volume.
** The HI button has a tactile dot.
To listen through headphones
Connect the headphones to the il (headphones) jack
To reinforce the bass sound
Set
MEGA BASS
to "ON".
To return to normal sound, set the switch to "OFF".

Using the player on batteries
Insert four six AA (Rh) batteries (not supplied) into
the battery compartment.
To release the battery
Press the @ Gde of the hattery and then take out the
battery.
If the battery compartment lid comes
off
Insert the right corner of the lid and then inset-t the left
corner aligning it to the fr-oove of the battery
compartment.
Notes
* To trse the player on battrrie\. di\cunnect the AC power
adaptor from the player. The player does not operate on
batteries as long as the AC power adaptor is connected.

Replace the batterie\ when the OPR/BATT indicator
dims or when the player \top\ operating. Replace all
batterie\ with mew ones.
