■The battery cannot be recharged
There are three possible reasons. One is that your charger is
defective. In this case you have to contact your local Lenovo dealer or
maintenance center. The second possible reason is related to the
charging environment temperature, which is too high or too low. Make
sure the charging room temperature is suitable. Another possible
reason is poor connection. Check your charger plug connection.
■You cannot add an entry to your Phone Book
There is no free space available for adding a new phonebook entry.
Delete some outdated entries.
■You can not choose some features
You have not subscribed corresponding service or your local
network service operator does not support this feature. Contact your
local Lenovo dealer, qualified maintenance center or your network
service operator.
