Make sure that there is the same amount of free space at each side of the fastening bar. Fasten the bar with the screws ‘H’. Fix the fastening bar such that the two lips stick out over the edge of the bottom of the recess and rest against it at the front.

Inside the oven, these waves penetrate food from all directions and heat up the water, fatty and sugar molecules. Heat is produced very quickly only in the food itself, whereas the container being used warms up indirectly by means of heat given off by the heated food.
