Setting of Busy Channel Lock
When this function is turned on, you may not transmit on the busy channel so as to avoid
interfering with the talkie walkie using the same frequency. When the current channel is busy and
you press 【PTT】 , the talkie walkie will sent the prompt of error and return to the receiving status.

Shortly press the tuning knob (DIAL) to enter the context menu.

Rotate the tuning knob (DIAL) to select Item 22 on the context menu.

Shortly press the tuning knob (DIAL) to set the current context menu.
Rotate the tuning knob (DIAL) to select "OFF (turn-off) or ON (turn-on)".

shortly press 【EXIT】to return to the context menu mode without storage.

Setting of Transmission Time-out Timer (TOT)

Sometimes, it is required or necessary to restrict the time for each continuous transmission.
You may utilize this function to prevent the repeater overtime if a repeater is connected or to save
battery power.

Rotate the tuning knob (DIAL) to select Item 23 on the context menu.

Shortly press the tuning knob (DIAL) to set the current context menu.
