AIR DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM SIZING & DESIGN The Installer of this air conditioner system must design the air distribution system for their particular application. Several requirements for this system MUST be met for the air conditioner to operate properly. These requirements are as follows: A.

Dometic Corporation recommends the basic configuration shown on page 8, for installing this air conditioner system. We have found by testing , that this configuration works best in most applications of this air conditioner. It is the responsibility of the Installer of this system to review each RV floor plan and determine the following: 1.

LOCATION The proper location of the thermostat is very important to ensure that is will provide a comfortable RV temperature. Observe the following general rules when selecting a location. Locate the thermostat 54" above the floor. Install thermostat on a partition, NEVER on an outside wall.
