The icons on the camera screen are described in this table.
Icon
Description
Cancel button: click to exit the camera/video application and return to
Windows.
Flash icon: click to turn on/off the flash. If the flash is off, a red cross is drawn
through this icon.
Macro mode is On. This icon is not shown when Macro mode is off.
Displays the current resolution
Shows the current storage location. The icon left is shown when the pictures
are stored in the H-21's internal memory. The icon right is shown when the
pictures are stored in the micro SD card.
Scene selection icon. This shows the current selected scene. When auto
scene is selected, this icon is not shown. When evening mode is selected,
the moon icon is shown, when moving object mode is selected, the runner
icon is shown.
Indicates that the shutter sound is switched on. A red cross through this icon
indicates that the shutter sound is switched off.
Shows the current setting for the image quality. The denser the grid, the
higher the quality. There are three settings: Normal, fine and super fine.
Shot mode. When the normal single shot mode is selected, this icon is not
shown. See the chapter on the camera/video settings for more details.
Click to enter the Pictures and Videos menu.
Click to exit camera mode and switch to video recorder mode.
Click to open the camera and video settings menu.
