To Erase Start ID's (During Playback)

Press the start 10 button. (I

Turn the shuttle search dial to run the tape to

the approximate beginning of the start 10.
When the tape comes to a position where a start 10 was
recorded, the I ""t tolindicator illuminates continually to show that
there is a start 10 at that position.
For convenience, the beginning of the current program's start
10 can also be found and erased automatically by simply
pressing the 10 erase
button.

Press the 10 erase button.
The I .,,'" I indicator illuminates.
The tape is then rewound to find the start 10 and erasure begins
just before the beginning of the start 10, (during this time, the
I ..... I indicator remains illuminated, and the I
