2.3 Connect PC to DVR through cross-over cable

(1) Use the cross-over cable to make connection between DVR and PC. Users might
need to change TCP/IP setting under Windows systems. The DVR IP could be
set as below (for reference).
(2) And it needs to change the TCP/IP setting under Windows XP system shown as
below.
(3) Go to TCP/IP setting under Local Area Connection Properties of Windows XP
system.
(4) Key in the address number under IP address / Subnet mask / Default gateway
setting according to DVR settings. The IP address should be different with DVR.
Subnet mask and Default Gateway setting should be same with DVR setting.
Leave the DNS server blank unless it's necessary.
(5) Click "OK" and run Triplex Viewer, click "Connet" under Net Viewer menu.
