1. Flashcube not wound
fully.
2. Dirt or foreign matter

4. Battery buss bar
oxidized or bent.
5. Mounting screws
loose or missing.
6. Flashcube contacts
dirty or not touching.

* use a Q-tip dampened with alcohol.

Corrective Action
1. Wind flashcube to its limit.
