One of the water temp sensors has detected spa water
HOT (OHS)
110*F(43.3*C) and spa functions are disabled.
42*F TOO
A potential freeze condition has been detected or Aux
COLD
Freeze Switch has closed
102F SNSR
Temperature sensors MAY be out of sync by 2*F or 3*F
BALANCE
SNSR SYNC
Temperature sensors ARE out of sync . The Sensor Balance
is Poor . Fault has been established for at least 1 hour .
SNSR A
A temperature sensor or sensor circuit has failed
SNSR B
A temperature sensor or sensor circuit has failed
HTR FLOW
There may not be enough water flow through the heater to
carry the heat away from the heating element . Heater start-
LOSS (HFL)
up will begin again after 1 minute .
HTR FLOW
There IS NOT enough water flow through the heater to
carry the heat away from the heating element and the heater
FAIL (LF)
has been disabled . After the problem is resolved, you must
press any button to reset and begin heater start up .
HTR MAY BE
POSSIBLE dry heater, or not enough water in the heater
to start it . The spa is shut down 15 min . Press any button
DRY (dr)---
to reset the heater start-up .
WAIT
HTR DRY
There IS NOT enough water in the heater to start it . The
spa is shut down . After the problem has been resolved, you
must press any button to reset and restart heater start-up .
102T
Control System is in Test Mode
PRES BTTN
Some errors may require power to be removed and

restored . A reset message may appear with other messages
HOT FALT
A pump appears to be stuck ON, a serious condition that
COULD result in overheated spa water

Check for low water level, suction flow restrictions, closed valves, trapped air, too many closed jets and pump prime .
On some systems even when the spa is shut down, some equipment may occasionally turn on to continue monitoring
temperature or if freeze protection is needed .
All messages may not appear on your panel display .

After pump has run for 1 minute, the
temperature will be displayed
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER .
Remove the spa cover and allow water
to cool . Once the heater has cooled,
reset by pushing any button . If spa
does not reset, shut off the power to
the spa and call your dealer or service
organization .
DO NOT ENTER THE WATER .
Remove the spa cover and allow water
to cool . At 107˚F/42˚C, the spa should
automatically reset . If spa does not
reset, shut off the power to the spa and
call your dealer or service organization .
All pumps are activated automatically
& stay on at least 4 minutes after
potential freeze condition has ended
or aux freeze switch opens . This is
an operational message, not an error
indication.
