WARNING: The air suspension system is under pressure (up to 10 bar, or 150 lbf/in). Verify pressure has been relieved
and disconnect power to the air suspension system prior to disassembly. Do not allow dirt or grease to enter the system.

-2213 ARNOTT AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR 1997-2006 FORD EXPEDITION/LINCOLN NAVIGATOR GENERAL INFORMATION: Reading this manual signifies your agreement to the terms of the general release, waiver of liability, and hold harmless agreement, the full text of which is available at www.arnottinc.com. - Page 3 -2213 ARNOTT AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR 1997-2006 FORD EXPEDITION/LINCOLN NAVIGATOR PRE-ASSEMBLY OF THE AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR REMOVE THE OLD COMPRESSOR FROM THE BLACK FACTORY MOUNTING BRACKET. INSTALL THE FACTORY MOUNTING BRACKET ONTO THE NEW COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY. YOU WILL RE-USE THE ORIGINAL BOLTS AND WASHERS REMOVED FROM THE BRACKET. MAKE SURE TO INSTALL THE FACTORY BRACKET IN THE CORRECT ORIENTATION.
- Page 4 -2213 ARNOTT AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR 1997-2006 FORD EXPEDITION/LINCOLN NAVIGATOR USING THE PLASTIC DRYER PLUGS SUPPLIED WITH THE NEW COMPRESSOR, PLUG THE EXTRA HOLES IN THE TOP OF THE AIR DRYER.THESE PUSH IN LIKE THE AIR LINE. 4WD MODELS USE TWO (2) AIR LINES, WHILE 2WD MODELS USE ONLY ONE AIR LINE.
