RESOLUTION
Check the ring tone and ring volume settings under
Profiles
Check the handset is not muted (Long press the #
key)
Check the key tone settings in the current profile.
Menu > Settings > Audio > Keypad sounds
This is not a handset setting. Please contact your
Service Provider to extend the ringing time.
Menu > Settings > Audio > Voicecall ringtone > Audio
> Ringtone, or browse to you own audio files. Use
Join Me to transfer your own music onto the
handset.
Check for network coverage.
Check whether any call restrictions are set.
Menu > Settings > Call > Call Barring
