Using and Replacing the Light Bulbs
The Cooktop light
The Top Light Switch is located below the control panel. Push the right side of
the switch to turn the light ON. Push the left side of the switch to turn it OFF.
To replace the tluorescent tube and starter:
Remove the 3 screws and metal
trim that supports the top of the
light cover.
The glass is heavy.
Hold it securely.
3. Grasp the fluorescent tube at both
ends. Roll bottom of the tube
towards the front until both ends
come out of the receptacles. Re-
place with a 20-watt cool-white
fluorescent tube. If starter needs
replacement, push in and turn to
remove and replace.
2. With both hands,
pull top of light
cover towards you and lift it out of
bottom support trim.
4. With both hands,
carefully fit the
glass light cover into the bottom
metal support trim. Replace the
top support trim and screws. Turn
electric power back on at the
main power supply.
