مشكلتي هي أن عند تشغيل الجهاز DRUM UNIT عند دورانها لسحب ورق MASTER ROLL لا تسحبه كاملا و عند الطباعة أسفل الورقة بقدر 1 سم شريط أسود مما يجعل الورقة غير صالحة للاستعمال الجهاز أسمه Duplo DP-M400
