MP4 files to AVI files via video converting software, such as

Question 12. When the player with low battery, some
abnormal phenomenon, like white screen and freezing up
occurs, why?
With the usage of the player, the aging battery will cause the
inaccuracy when the player examines the power value. You
may set the Battery Alarm (Setup→Power Save→Battery Alarm)
to "15". If the problem is still unsolved, please contact us or
change a new battery with the same model.
