Cause
1. Choke working all the time
2. Exhaust clogged
3. Spark plug defective or fouled
4. Clutch slips
5. Air filter is clogged
6. Fuel mixture incorrect
Poor Performance
Remedy
Disengage it by opening throttle fully
Have dealer clean exhaust
Clean or replace it
See your Puch dealer
Clean air filter
Drain tank and refuel with correct mixture
