Connecting to the Internet involves 2 separate steps.
A. Physically connect your hardware and communication devices.
To establish a broadband Internet connection, connect an external
broadband modem (not supplied) to the 10/100 Ethernet port on
the back of the gPC.
B. Subscribing to an Internet Service Provider (ISP) allows
communication from your computer to the Internet (additional
charges may apply). There are numerous third party Internet
Service Providers such as AOL, AT&T and Comcast (rates and
installation charges will vary, depending on your area). Your ISP
will help you configure the proper settings needed to connect to
your computer.

7. The World Wide Web

To access a particular Internet webpage (aka a website or
home page), first double-click the FireFox icon on the top of
the screen.
