Remove your iPod from the dock and
check for any obstruction on the
connectors in the docking and on
your iPod. Then reseat it in the dock.
Please make sure your iPod is
working properly before docking into
the unit.
Slide the channel switch to select
another channel.
Place the unit to a location where
receive lesser external signal.
Move the channel switch from one
channel to the other channel (3 for
selection) at the rear of base for the
best reception.
Do not turn on other wireless devices
simultaneously.
If the source is iPod, try to check the
sound at personal computer before
putting into the iPod.
If you are using an external sound
source like digital audio player, try
reducing the output volume on the
device itself. Also try turning bass
boost OFF or change the EQ setting.
Decrease the volume.
