General problems

Problem
The indicators have
gone out. Only the
Start/Stop indicator
light is flashing slowly.
Detergent residue is left
in the dispenser at the
end of a programme.
The detergent
dispenser lid cannot be
closed properly.
At the end of a
programme there is a
film of moisture on the
inside of the door and
the interior walls.
Water remains in the
wash cabinet at the end
of a programme.

Possible cause
The indicators have
switched off
automatically to save
energy (Standby mode).
The dispenser was still
damp when detergent
was added.
Clogged detergent
residue is blocking the
catch.
This is caused by the
drying system and does
not indicate a fault.
The filter combination in
the wash cabinet is
clogged.
The drain pump or
non-return valve may be
blocked.
The drain hose is kinked. Remove any kink from the
Remedy
Press the On/Off button K.
This switches Standby off.
Make sure the dispenser is
dry before adding
detergent.
Clean the detergent from
the catch.
The moisture will dissipate
after a while.
Before rectifying the
problem:
– Switch the dishwasher off
using the On/Off button
K.
Clean the filter combination.
