PDL Selection (PnP)

Enables you to specify functions suitable for the fax board or printer kit installed in the
machine. Enables you to detect and install drivers, from your computer, that are compatible
with the specifi ed functions.
Settings for All User Inboxes

Enable you to specify settings for the time until documents in all of the user inboxes are
erased automatically, as well as whether to print upon storing from the printer driver.
Restrict Printer Jobs

Enables you to specify whether to restrict printer jobs so that they can only be stored in user
inboxes.
Color Mode for Copy

Enables you to set restrictions for the color mode of copy jobs.
