Problems relating to Easy Interactive Function

The message "Hardware device not found." is displayed.
Check
The projector and computer are not connected correctly.
An antivirus program may be blocking use of the port.
If you are using a notebook computer when the battery power is
running low, the USB port may stop working and you might not be
able to use USB devices.
Easy Interactive Pen does not work
Check
An object is blocking the path for sending the signal from the Easy
Interactive Pen to the projector.
There is insufficient battery power.
The surroundings are too bright.
The projector and computer are not connected.
If the projector comes to a sudden stop, mail cannot be sent.
If, after checking the projector, the error state cannot be resolved, contact your local dealer or the nearest address
provided in the Support and Service Guide. s
Check that your electrical outlet or power source is functioning correctly.
Error notification mail is sent in accordance with the setting of the Mail menu from the Configuration Menu. Check if it
is set correctly.

Check the USB cable connections. You may be able to resolve the problem by disconnecting and then reconnecting the
USB cable.
Disable the antivirus program and then restart Easy Interactive Function.
Connect the power cable of the computer to an electrical outlet.
Move the object. Also, make sure you are not blocking the signal path when you stand in front of the projection surface.
Replace the batteries.
Make sure there is no strong light shining on the projection surface or the Easy Interactive Function receiver.
Check that the projector and computer are connected correctly.
