Page 7: Limited Warranty And Limitation Of Liability
Vacuum will be free of defects in material and manufacture for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Should any failure to conform to this warranty appear within this period upon notice to 3M within said three (3) years from the date of purchase and upon proof of purchase, 3M shall, at its option, either repair or replace the defective product.
