On first startup of a DAP Unit with a DAP OS image preloaded, Windows Setup starts. During the initial Windows setup the picture will disappear for shorter periods or up to a few minutes. Do not turn off or restart the unit, wait for the picture to reappear and the setup completes. -

WWAN / GPS Connectors (Optional SMA Connectors) If the unit is equipped with the optional combined WWAN/GPS device, in SMA-connector for GPS has a 3Volt phantom output from the unit to power ACTIVE antenna with built-in amplifier. The WWAN (3G/UMTS/H%DPA+) SMA-connector is intended for a regular passive antenna. A combine WWAN/GPS antenna is available from DAP. -
