Multi-Channel Operation The S800, a two channel amplifier that can also be operated in bridged-mode as an extraordinarily powerful single-channel amplifier (typically when used to drive a subwoofer), has been designed to integrate well into the world of multi-channel audio.
- Page 10 INTRODUCTION AND FEATURES Quiet Cooling The S800 utilizes a fan to cool the amplifier channels, ensuring long-term reliability. To reduce fan noise to an absolute minimum, a thermal sensing and control circuit has been incorporated in the Synthesis S800 that senses increases in temperature within the amplifier and powers a fan at a speed proportional to that temperature increase.

SYNTHESIS SYSTEM A Synthesis Two or Three installation incorporates a total of two power amplifiers, one S800 and one S7150 or one S650A.
