4. Insert the power cable into the punch down
jack. The RED power cable wire goes to the
WHITE‐BROWN slot. The BLACK power
cable wire goes to the GREEN slot. Use the
punch‐down cap to fully seat the wires into
the jack.
5. Wrap the jack and punch down cap into
place with electrical tape and mount the
jack in the rectangular through‐hole on the
left side of the case. The right angle plug
cable needs to ride in the bottom of the
case as shown.
6. Insert the GPS module (jumper cable 1
into the case. Use a pair of tweezers (if
required) to guide the jumper cable through
the case opening while fully seating the
module.
7. Insert the assembled PCB into the case with
the GPS socket towards the GPS jumper
cable. You may need to pull the RJ45 plug
cable into the case to allow clearance for
the PCB to slip underneath the cable.
Mount the PCB using the four #4 x ¼"
screws. Plug the power cable onto the PCB
paying attention to polarity. RED goes to
(+), BLACK goes to (‐).
NOTE: The RJ45 jack MUST be in place in
the case prior to mounting the PCB.
