If your unit ever needs service, it may be taken or shipped to any authorized DENON service station or D&M CANADA INC. (if you are uncertain as to whelher a
service station is DEN ON authorized, please contact D&M CANADA INC. as liSled below.) In all other cases. the following procedures apply whenever your unil
musl be lransported for warranty service:
What is Covered
Except as specified below, this Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship in Ihis product occurring during lhe above warranly periods. The following are
not covered by the Warranty: (I) Any product which is nol distributed in Canada by D&M CANADA INC. (2) Any product which is not purchased in Canada from an
authorized DENON dealer. (Note: AUTHORIZED DENON DEALERS can be identified by DENON AUTHORIZED DEALER sticker displayed in the stores. If you are
uncenain as

whether a dealer is a DE ON AUTHORIZED DEALER, please conlact D&M CANADA INC. as listed below). (3) Any product on which lhe serial
number has been defaced, modified or removed. (4) Damaged deterioration or malfunction resulting from: a) Accident, act of nature. abuse, misuse. neglect.
unauthorized product repair, opening of or modification or failure to follow instructions supplied wilh lhe product. b) Repair or attempled repair by anyone nol authorized
by DE ON. c) Any shipment of the producl (claim musl be presented

You should include the following: your name. address, daytime telephone number, model and serial number of lhe product and a descriplion of the
problem. In the case of a CD or DVD Player, please enclose ONE (I) disc that the unit has failed with for test reasons. It will be returned with the unit.
