11.5 DETECTOR ASSEMBLY ADJUSTMENT
Loosen screïv Q
and adjust the detector as-
sembly mounting position when the NORMAL
cassette tape is loaded into the holder, the slide
switch OFF, and the METAL cassette tape is
loaded, the slide switch is ON.

1. Put the deck into FF mode.
2. Loosen screws Q and adjust the FF solenoid
mounting position so that the square hole of
the reel base full assembly is flush against the
boss of the driving arm full assembly (i.e. 0
separation) as sholvn in Fig. 11-4.
11.7 REW SOLENOID ADJUSTMENT
1. Put the deck into REW mode.
2. Loosen screw @ and adjust the REl{ solenoid
mounting position so that the square hole of
the reel base full assembly is flush against the
boss of the driving arm full assembly (i.e. 0
separation) as shown in Fig. 11-4.
