Procedure
1. Adjust the INPUT level control so that the
AC mV meter reads - 27dBv (44.6 mV).
2. Record the 333H2 and 6.3kHz signals onto the
STD-608A. Playback the tape and adjust the
VR103 (L ch) and VR203 (R ch) so that the
difference between two is +0.5d810.sdB.
12.6 RECORD LEVEL ADJUSTMENT
Since this adjustment determines the DOLBY NR level
during recording, it should be performed precisely.
Setting
3. Record the 333H2 signal on
Play back the tape and adjust

reads -5.2dBv (0.54V).

Procedure
1. Set the TAPE SELECTOR to the NORM
position.
2. Adjust the INPUT level control so that the
AC mV meter reads - 5.2dBv (0.55V).
Frequency Response
Using STD-341A with DOLBY NR OFF
Howeuer, the right channel is compensated by -ldB at 63H2,
and -0.5d8 at 125H2 because of the insulation effect.
