OPTION DESCRIPTION
Display a list of albums in the library
Albums
sorted alphabetically by album title.
Display your music library grouped by
Artists
artist name.
Genres Display your music library grouped by
genre.
Display a complete list of custom playlists.
Playlist
Edit the album title, artist name, genre or
Edit Albums
track name of existing music in your
library. Albums and tracks may also be
deleted from the Edit Album menu. The
Look Up This CD option allows you to
connect to the internet and replace exist-
ing album information and cover art.
Use this option to create, edit and delete
Edit Playlists
custom playlists.
Alternatively, you can display the contents of a category direct-
ly by pressing the ALBUM, ARTIST, GENRE, and PLAYLIST
keys on your VIA!dj remote control.
To browse the library by album:
Either:
• Use the ^ or
Albums option in the Library Menu.
• Press Select to confirm your selection.
or:
Press the ALBUM key on your VIA!dj remote control.
The display(s) shows the albums available in your library:
Albums are displayed in alphabetical order.
• Press ^ or to step between albums, or press
then ^ or to quickly scroll through alphabetical
groups of albums.
• Alternatively, you can press the appropriate letter on your
VIA!dj remote control to jump directly to that position in
the list.
To play the entire album:
• Press Play to begin playback.

To select a particular track from this album:

• Press Open to open the album and display the tracks it
contains.
• Use the ^ or keys to step between tracks, or, using
the remote control, press a key on the alphanumeric
keypad to jump to that track number.
• Press Play to play the currently selected track.

• Press Back to return to browsing by album.
To browse the library by artist:
Either:
• Use the ^ or keys if necessary to highlight the
Artists option in the Library menu.
• Press Select to confirm your selection.
Or:
• Press the ARTIST key on your VIA!dj remote control.
The display(s) shows the artists available in your library:

• Alternatively, you can press the appropriate letter on your
VIA!dj remote control to jump directly to the item in the
list beginning with that letter.
To play all albums by the selected artist:
• Press Play to begin playback.
To play a particular album by the selected artist:

• Press the Open key to display all the available albums
by the selected artist.

• Use the or keys to step between albums.
Either:
• Press Play to play the currently selected album.
Or:

• Press Open again to select a track from within this album.
