To record your greetings, follow the steps below:

Log into voice mail (see "Logging Into Voice Mail" on page 28).
2 Press to reach the Greetings menu.
3 Press to modify another greeting.
4 Enter the greeting number you wish to create or modify.
5 Press to record a greeting.

Record your greeting and press

Exit Voice Mail (see "About Voice Mail Menus" on page 28) or hang
up to end the call.
Activating Your Greeting Schedule
To activate your greeting schedule according to the pre-determined time frames
(Morning, Afternoon, etc.) follow the steps below

Log into voice mail (see "Logging Into Voice Mail" on page 28).

Press to reach the Greetings menu.

Press to activate your greeting schedule.

Exit Voice Mail (see "About Voice Mail Menus" on page 28) or hang
up to end the call.
Nextel Voice Mail Service
24 hours a day/7 days a week
This is the default setting if you haven't
activated your greeting schedule.
8:00 a.m. -- 11:59 a.m.
Monday -- Friday
Noon -- 5:00 p.m.
Monday -- Friday
