Possible Cause
Music downloaded with your Rhapsody account
does not play.
Download failed.
Corrective Action
Check to see that your account is up-to-date. If the account has expired, or if you do not have a
Rhapsody account, you can renew and create accounts by selecting "Settings," "Account
information," "I need a new username."
If you know you have an active Rhapsody account, try downloading the music again.
