Wireless Connectivity Problems
Problem
I'm not sure whether I'm
connected.
I can't see my preferred network in
the "Get connected" screen.
Corrective Action
Press the Connect button. If ibiza Rhapsody is connected to a wireless network, the name of the network appears
on the screen. This is the "Connection details" screen. It shows details about the network to which ibiza Rhapsody is
connected and it gives you the option to disconnect.
1) Wait 60 seconds, to allow ibiza Rhapsody to conduct a thorough scan for your preferred network(s).
2) Make a specific search for your network, by completing these steps:
a) Scroll to the bottom of the "Get connected" screen and select "Don't see your preferred network?"
b) Input the preferred network's SSID in the space provided and select Continue. If you don't know the SSID,
contact the network administrator to find out. (Note that, if you set up the network yourself, the SSID is
simply the network name you assigned to it during setup.) ibiza Rhapsody searches for this specific
network.
3) If you are still not prompted for your preferred network's security type, you are outside the network's wireless
range.
