    GETTING STARTED RADIO REGISTRATION When turned on, the radio enters a self test routine TURNING THE RADIO ON OR OFF during which time the display is activated, the self test tone will sound and the LED will light green. If the radio fails the self test a continuous low tone will sound and the display will show a failure message.
