Driver did not complete the uninstallation
In order to make sure that the software was uninstalled properly, do not pull out the
USB modem during the uninstall process and instead wait for the completion of the
uninstallation. Then go to "My Computer" → "Manage" → "Device Manager" and
scan for hardware changes again. A window should pop up saying device drivers
need to be installed, at which point you should cancel all install requests.
Next to the devices yellow question mark icons will appear. Right-click these
devices, select "uninstall" to completely uninstall device drivers, so you can then
uninstall the USB modem driver safely and completely.

GUIDE TO DIAL-UP FAILURE

1 – Modem hardware failure.
QUESTION: Caused by the internal Modem of the PC.
SOLUTION: Disable the internal modem.
2 – There is no dial tone.
QUESTION: User inserted wrong SIM card or the SIM card is not inserted properly.
SOLUTION: Insert the SIM card with internet support or insert the SIM card
properly.
3 – Failed to respond to user.
QUESTION: Did not respond to user due to being busy or the signal is not strong
enough.
SOLUTION: Re-dial-up or move to another place to dial-up.
4 – Remote computer did not respond.
QUESTION: SIM card is invalid.
SOLUTION: Insert the SIM card with internet connection support.
