Expansion cards in the PCI slots

CAUTION!
Keep the slot cover in a safe place. If the expansion card is removed
and not replaced with a new card, the slot cover must be reinstalled
due to cooling, to comply with applicable EMC regulations (regula-
tions on electromagnetic compatibility) and to protect against fire.

Ê Push the expansion card as far as it will go into the slot on the system board.
Ê Press the expansion card into the slot until you feel it click into place.
Ê Close the lock again until it engages.
Ê If necessary, connect the cable to the expansion card and the other compo-
nents.
Ê Close the server (see section
Ê If necessary, place the server in the vertical position as described in the
operating manual
Ê Connect the system to the line voltage and switch it on.
