PROBLEM WITHOUT ALARM MESSAGE
Problem
The appliance
does not drain
the water.
The spin phase
does not operate.
The programme
does not start.
There is water on
the floor.
You cannot open
the appliance
door.
The appliance
makes an unusual
noise.
Possible cause
A washing programme
without the drain phase
is set.
The function Rinse Hold
is on.
The spin phase is off.
The filter of the drain
pump is blocked.
Balance problems with
the laundry load.
The mains plug is not
connected in the mains
socket.
Blow out fuse in the
household fuse box.

Set the drain programme.

Deactivate the Child Lock func-

Make sure that the couplings are

gramme.
Adjust the level of the appliance.
