Problem
No power
No sound

The blue LED on right speaker lights and your
computer recognizes your speakers. Choose you
favorite audio files or playlist and enjoy.
Turn the volume up or down using the controls.
Solution
• Speaker is not plugged into an
active USB port.
• Computer (laptop) is not on or is in
sleep mode.
• Speaker volume is not turned up or
mute feature is turned on.
• The music source on your computer
is not playing, or volume is turned
down or the sound is muted.
