Function
Connect the antenna cable to
this jack.
Connect to the video and audio
(left and right) input jacks of a
TV, amplifier, or other
equipment.
Connect to the video and audio
output jacks on an external
source, such as a VCR or
camcorder, to this jack.
Connect the digital audio
coaxial cable from this jack to
an external amplifier, such as a
Dolby Digital decoder.
Connect to the digital audio
optical jack on an external
amplifier, such as a Dolby
Digital decoder.
Keeps the recorder at a safe
operating temperature.
Plug into an AC power outlet.
Connect to the RF coaxial input
on a TV.
Connect to the S-Video input
jack on a TV.
Connect to the component
input jacks on a TV (if
available).
