SENSOR, TEMP. DISCHARGE
check the resistance by tester [see table 3]
MIS-WIRING
check the wiring connection and rare contact
(AE-RC CONNECTING CABLE)
OR RARE CONTACT
check the electric continuity by tester.[see fig. 2]
CURRENT FUSE . FUSING
(if it is no continuity, AE controller assy should be replaced.)
(ON THE AE PCB )
CUTTING OFF CT
change the AE PCB
GAS LEAKAGE
check the point of leakage (discharge temperature rise in case of
small leakage), measure the pressure of compressor during fixed
operation (emergency and test operation)
VALVE, SERVICE IS CLOSED
check the valve by eyes
PIPE
check by eyes
SENSOR, TEMP. DISCHARGE
check the resistance by tester [see table 3]
UNREASONABLE OPERATION
check the place of installation (blockage of air inlet & outlet of RC, AE)
UNDER OVERLOAD
check the excessive gas
check the movement by reoperation
MOMENTARY STOP OF POWER
(IN CASE OF LIGHTNING)
check the power voltage (230V)
DROP OF POWER VOLTAGE
UNREASONABLE OPERATION
check the place of installation (blockage of air inlet & outlet of RC, AE)
UNDER OVERLOAD
check the excessive gas
MOMENTARY STOP OF POWER
check the movement by reoperation
(IN CASE OF LIGHTNING)
check the power voltage (230V)
DROP OF POWER VOLTAGE
If the same alarm lamp will remain lit during operation even after
AE PCB
disconnecting the connector of the lead cable to the compressor,
it implies the defect of the AE controller assy.
If the same alarm lamp wil remain lit duning operation even after replacing
COMPRESSOR LOCKING
the AE controller assy, it implies the defect of the compressor.
UNREASONABLE OPERATION
check the place of installation (blockage of air inlet & outlet of RC, AE)
UNDER OVERLOAD
check the excessive gas
MOMENTARY STOP OF POWER
check the movement by reoperation
(IN CASE OF LIGHTNING)
check the power voltage (230V)

FILTER IS CHOKED
check by eyes and clean it
SENSOR, TEMP. HEAT EXCHANGER
check the resistance by tester [see table 2]
check the voltage between blue and yellow in connector [see fig.3]
RC PCB (MAIN)
if it is not AC 110V
(except RC-1832PVK)
FAN MOTOR (RC)
other than described above
check the current fuse (1A) on the wiring (red) for fan motor (RC)
by tester
if the current fuse is cut, fan motor(RC) is defective
FAN MOTOR (RC)
if not, fan motor(RC) or PCB(RC main) is defective
check the power voltage(230V)
check the voltage of fan motor [see fig.6]
15 sec. later after main power on, if alarm indication appears,
RC PCB (MAIN)
RC PCB (main) should be replaced
60 sec. later after start running through remote controller, if alarm
AE PCB
indication appears, AE controller assy should be replaced
